1. Who we are

raw.tools is a free, browser-based toolbox available at https://raw.tools. It is operated as an independent project. For questions, contact us at contact@raw.tools.

2. Data we do not collect

We do not collect, process, or store any of the following:

• Text, files, or any content you enter into our tools
• Account information (we have no accounts)
• Email addresses or any contact details
• Payment information
• Device identifiers or fingerprints

All tool processing happens locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to our servers.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Google Analytics collects:

• Anonymised IP address
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring website

This data is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy. We do not use it to identify individual users.

4. Usage counter

Each time a tool is opened, our server increments a global usage counter stored in a plain text file. This records only a number — no IP addresses, user agents, or timestamps are saved alongside it.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) solely to:

• Remember your recently used tools across page reloads
• Cache the usage count for display when the server is unreachable

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted anywhere.

6. Advertising

raw.tools displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out via Google's Ads Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.

7. Tool suggestions

If you submit a tool suggestion via our form, we store your suggestion text and optional email address in a private file on our server. This is used only to evaluate and respond to your suggestion. It is not shared with third parties.

8. Third-party services

The QR Code Generator tool loads the QRCode.js library from Cloudflare's CDN when opened. No user data is sent.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google may log requests per their privacy policy.

9. Children's privacy

raw.tools is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
